We often work with clients who struggle to engage in traditional group tenancy training; clients who lack in confidence, don’t believe they need additional support or we see irregularly through floating support contracts.

In 2009 IYM developed a set of five client workbooks  to bring high quality tenancy training to these groups. They are another tool to help clients explore a common problem in an engaging and different way.

All the client workbooks utilise a patented cog learning system designed to offer staff three different ways of completing each activity. Workbooks are free to people attending the Learning Practitioner Course or available on a license.
